The most useful link is the Diploma page on the IBTICM website. Useful info on this site includes:

• The Calendar for the next sitting (including important advice on preparing your Dissertation and ETR).
• The Regulations, including eligibility requirements, format and marking of the exam, requirements for the Dissertation, and domains for the general Vivas.
• The Syllabus - although the Viva 'domains' (from the Regulations) are a better guide to what I was asked in the exam.

Most of the above information has now been removed from the new improved Intensive Care Society website, as has the list of examiners. There are some useful new bits, though:

• The Trainees page contains a handbook full of invaluable information for ICU trainees in the UK, including a section on the Diploma. There's also a page of ETR Case Summaries, and a page of useful educational links.
• The Education page has a document on ICU Training under the glorious new MMC system.
• The Standards and Guidelines page contains organisational info on intensive care as practised in the UK.

The ICM Literature Hit Parade: a reading list of about a hundred journal articles that I think could come in useful in the exam (and many of them came up in mine!).
